INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1.STEP 1:  Apply the darker color along the lash line, moving the pencil from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner.
2. STEP 2:  Use a dark color to highlight the outer corner of the eye and slightly highlight the lower lash line.
3. STEP:  Apply a light shade to the lower eyelid to illuminate and highlight its surface.
4. STEP:  The perfect makeup is ready!
